Shipping Policy
At Arden & Oak, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. We carefully process and ship every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
During peak periods such as sales events, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Locations
Arden & Oak currently ships Australia-wide. We are working toward expanding our shipping options in the future.

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size, and weight of the items being shipped.
From time to time, Arden & Oak may offer free shipping promotions or discounted delivery, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, extreme weather, or high shipping volumes. Arden & Oak is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Arden & Oak cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ardenandoak.com.au, and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
In order to resolve the issue quickly, we may request photos of any damaged items or packaging. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and find a suitable solution.
