Returns Policy

At Arden & Oak, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent returns process for your peace of mind. If you would like to return a item for any reason, contact us at hello@ardenandoak.com.au

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all components included.

All returns must be sent to our Australian returns address. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Arden & Oak cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. In these cases, Arden & Oak will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be processed promptly, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
